With over 16 years of experience in the kitchen—including the past five leading some of Perth’s top dining venues—Chef Jones set out to reimagine the dining experience. Stepping away from the traditional restaurant setting, she created Lōma to bring refined, restaurant-quality cuisine directly to your most memorable celebrations.
